Jonathan Vincent: Composer for film, television and media

Jonathan is a multi-genre composer, producer, and arranger who lives to create music that tells stories and evokes emotion—regardless of style or format. During his career he has written a great deal of music for features, television, shorts and live events.
He writes extensively for respected production music libraries with syncs on shows such as Brooklyn 99, Top Gear, The One Show, Countryfile, and Antiques Roadshow.
Jonathan also collaborates in several songwriting teams as both a composer and producer.
With his music degree from Goldsmiths’ College, Jonathan’s background in orchestral percussion, piano, and electronic music has shaped a unique creative voice. Armed with his years of musical experience composing and performing, he is confident and able to write music for any genre of media.

Early in his career, Jonathan developed groundbreaking MIDI construction kits that paved the way for production tools like Ejay, Acid, and Ableton.
In addition to composing, Jonathan has worked as a percussion teacher, university lecturer, A-Level examiner, and conductor. As an arranger, he has partnered with artists such as Amber Run, Saint Raymond, Natalie Duncan, and Harleighblu. A classically trained musician, Jonathan performs on both keyboards and percussion across genres—from jazz and pop to classical and electronic.
